Provided that the power under this section shall not be exercised by the Chancellor after nomination of the syndicate under section 95.

Nomination of first University authorities Nomination of first University authorities .-Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the first of all authorities of the University shall be nominated by the Chancellor for a period of forty-eight months from the date of nomination or till the constitution of those authorities in accordance with the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
