Chapter VII MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) The Super Clays and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1983 (38 of 1983), is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
