Short title and commencement:

Preliminary (1) This Act may be called the Calicut University Act, 1975. (2) Section 64 shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette,appoint, and the other provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9" day of September, 1974.
