Special Invitees

(1) The Vice-Chairman of the Council may for the purpose of carrying out the objectives of this Act, invite in writing any person who is not a member of the Council to take part in the deliberations of particular meetings of the Advisory Body, Governing Body, Executive Body and any other Body constituted by the Council for specific purposes as special invitees and such invitees shall have no right to vote in the meetings. (2) The special invitees shall be paid from and out of the funds of the Council such sums as may be approved by the Vice-Chairman.
