Composition of the Council

(1) The Council shall comprise of the following bodies, namely:— (a) the Advisory Body; (b) the Governing Body; (c) the Executive Body (2) The Bodies of the Council shall be reconstituted simultaneously every four years from the date of their constitution: Provided that in the event of delay in the reconstitution of the Bodies, they shall continue to hold office till their reconstitution.
