Interest and charges recoverable as arrears

Interest and charges recoverable as arrears .- The batta mentioned in section 76, as well as interest and cost of process incurred under the authority of this Act, shall be recoverable from the defaulter and his surety in the same manner as arrears of public revenue due on land.
