Restoration of property in cases of fraudulent conveyances .-Where a defaulter makes a fraudulent conveyance of property to prevent attachment for arrears of public revenue due on land, any civil court of competent jurisdiction, upon proof thereof, shall summarily cause the property to be delivered up to the Collector or the authorised officer.
