Repeal .-The Travancore-Cochin Land Conservancy Act, 1951, and the Madras Land Encroachment Act, 1905 as in force in the Malabar district referred to in sub-section
- (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956), are hereby repealed.
