Recovery of fines, assessment, etc., as arrears of land revenue .-All fines, assessments and prohibitory assessments, value of trees destroyed or appropriated, compensation or damages payable under section 6 and all costs of eviction and removal of encroachments shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue under the provisions of the Revenue Recovery Act for the time being in force.
