Statutory text

(1) In Part VII of the principal Act, after section 45, the following sections shall be inserted, namely:— "45A. Restriction on transfer, etc.— No company for which any land is acquired under this Part shall be entitled to transfer the said land or any part thereof by sale, mortgage, gift, lease or otherwise, except with the previous sanction of the Government.
