Bar on jurisdiction of Civil Courts

No Civil Courts shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide, deal with any question or to determine any matter which is by or under this Act or the Scheme required to be settled, decided or dealt with or to be determined by the Government or the Board or the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer authorised by the Board.
