THE KERALA FARMERS' WELFARE FUND ACT, 2019

to provide for the constitution of a Welfare Fund for the welfare of the farmers engaged in agriculture in the State of Kerala and to pay pension and other allowances to them and to attract younger generation into agriculture and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Preamble.—WHEREAS, it is expedient to constitute a welfare fund for the welfare of the farmers engaged in agriculture in the State of Kerala and to pay pension and other allowances to them and to attract younger generation in agriculture and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;

BE it enacted in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
