- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Farmers' Debt Relief Commission Act, 2006. *Received the assent of the Governor on the 18th day of January, 2007 and published in the Kerala Extraordinary Gazette No. 106 dated 18th January, 2007.
- (2) It shall come into force at once.
