Bar of benefits under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Any employee who is paid

relief wages under this Act shall not be entitled to claim the compensation, if any, payable under Chapter VA of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), for the days on which such relief wages have been paid.
