Authorities of the University

The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(i ) The Board of Governors;

1. (ii) The Board of Management;
2. (iii) The Academic Council;

(i v) Research Council;

1. (v) The Finance Committee; and

(vi ) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
