Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Reva University Act, 2012.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.

This Act has came into force w.e.f. 12.11.2013. by Notification No.Er 95 AiÀÄÄJ£ïE 201 3, Dated:12.11.2013.
