Officers of the University.- The following shall be the officers of the University:-

(i ) The Visitor

1. (ii) The Pro-Visitor
2. (iii) The Chancellor; (i v) The Pro Chancellor;
3. (v) The Vice-Chancellor;

(vi ) The Pro Vice-Chancellor;

1. (vii) The Registrar;
2. (viii) The Finance Officer; and
3. (ix) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
