Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the PES University Act, 2012.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint. 1. Act came into force on 19.11.2013 by notification.
