Short title and commencement

¹ Substituted by Act 36 of 2012 w.e.f. 02.04.2012.

(1) This Act may be called 1[The Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011] .

1. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.

(Act came into force by Notification No. DPAR 28 E Ka Aa 2012, Dated: 28.03.2012 w.e.f. 02.04.2012. The text of the notification is at the end of the Act)
