Khatadar’s obligation when dealing with land as building sites.-

If the khatadar of any land utilises, sells, leases out or otherwise dispose off any part of the land for the construction of buildings, he shall lay down and make a street or streets giving access to the plots and connecting them to an existing public or private street.
