Revenues of the City Corporation

The revenues of the City Corporation shall consist of its receipts from the following sources, means:-

1. (a) taxes levied by the City Corporation;
2. (b) fees, levy charge and demand, compounding fee issue of building permissions;
3. (c) user charges levied for provision of civic services;
4. (d) fees and fines levied for performance of regulatory and other statutory functions; and
5. (e) any other revenues levied by the City Corporation authorised under this
