The Director

Every Director shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the statutes. (1) The qualifications for recognition of persons working in other Universities, institutions or organisations as teachers shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) The manner of recognising teachers, the period of recognition and withdrawal of recognition shall be prescribed by the Ordinances.
