Power to exempt certain class of

provisions of Act.- The State Government may, by notification, exempt

any class of co-operative societies

4[or farmers producer organizations in the State]

3[x x x] from any of the provisions of this Act or the rules or the bye-laws subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be specified in such notification.
