Chairman of the Board shall be as specified by the regulations: Provided that till regulations are made under this section, the provisions relating to powers and duties of the Chairman and the Vice- Chairman of the Board, before the commencement of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment)
