Invalidation of admissions made in violation of this Act.-All admissions made in violation of the provisions of this Act or the consensual arrangement or agreement by any Private Unaided Professional

Educational Institutions for the academic years 2008-09, 2009-10,2010-11 and 2011-12 whether made before or after commencement of this Act shall be invalid.
