Inspection of lifts

Every lift shall be inspected at least once in three months by an officer authorised in this behalf by the Government. An annual fee of rupees 1[one hundred]1shall be charged for such inspection and such fee shall include the charges for the inspection of the motor. 1. Substituted by Act 22 of 1993 w.e.f. 26.5.1993
