No legal practitioner shall be allowed to appear in any proceeding under this Act before the Debt Relief officer. Explanation.- In this section the expression "Legal practitioner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Advocates Act, 1961(Central Act 25 of 1961)
