Procedure to be followed by the Debt Relief officer

In enquiries under this Act, save as otherwise provided, the Debt Relief officer shall follow the same procedure as is specified for a summary enquiry under section 34 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act ,1964(Karnataka Act 12 of 1964).
