PREAMBLE (First published in the Karnataka Gazette on the Twenty-sixth Day of May 1958) An Act to amend and consolidate the laws relating to court fees and valuation of suits in the State of Karnataka Whereas it is necessary and expedient to amend and consolidate the laws relating to court-fees and valuation of suits in the State of Karnataka. Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
