Explanation: The provisions of this section shall also apply to counter claims made in third party proceedings.

Suits not otherwise provided for In suits not otherwise provided for, fee shall be payable at the following rates:

1. (i) In a Revenue Court 1[Rupees fifty].
2. (ii) In any Civil Court Rupees twenty if the value of the subject matter is Rs. 5,000 or less; rupees one hundred if the value is above Rs, 5,000 but below Rs. 10,000; and rupees two hundred if the value is Rs. 10,000 and above ____________________
