Statutory text
(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any person aggrieved by an original order of the Chairman or the Secretary under this Act may, within thirty days, appeal to the market committee. (2) The market committee may after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the appellant and after such enquiry as it deems fit decide the appeal and its decision shall be final.] 1.
