Terms of office and conditions of service of the members of the Governing Council

(1) All members of the Governing Council, other than expert members, shall be ex-officio members. (2) The Expert Members of the governing Council, one from the field of economics, finance, administration or banking and the other from the field of civil (preferably, road) construction shall be selected by the Governing council for three years and other conditions of their service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Governing Council.
