Employees of the Authority to be public servants

All members, officers and employees of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian penal Code, 1860 (Act no. 45 of 1860) and under the rules or directions made by the State Government.
