Rights and privileges of the registered members

No person, other than a registered practitioner shall,- (a) hold office as occupational physiotherapist or any other office (by whatever designation called) in the State Government or in any institution maintained by a local or other authority;

(b) practice physiotherapy as the case may be anywhere in the State of Jharkhand and recover in respect of such practice any expenses or fees to which he may be entitled;

(c) be entitled to sign or authenticate any certificate required by any law to be signed or authenticated by an physiotherapist, as the case may be;
