Fees and allowances to members of Council, Executive Committee and Equivalence and Registration Committee

Such fees and allowances for attendance at meetings, as prescribed from time to time, shall be paid to the President and Vice-President and other members of the Council, and to the members of its Executive Committee, and Equivalence and Registration Committees.
