The constitution, powers and functions of other authorities of the University, shall be such as may be prescribed.

Disqualification for membership of an authority or body Disqualification for membership of an authority or body. A person shall be disqualified from being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the university, if he/she:

1. (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (b) is an undischarged insolvent;
3. (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
4. (d) has been punished for indulging or in promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination , in any form, anywhere.
