Manner of appointment and power and duties of the other officers of the University including the Dean of Students Welfare, Dean of faculty, and Chief Proctor shall be such as may be prescribed.

Authorities of the University Authorities of the University: The following shall be the authorities of the University:

1. (a) The Governing Body
2. (b) The Board of Management
3. (c) The Academic Council
4. (d) The Finance Committee
5. (e) The Planning Board
6. (f) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
