17. Application of Sections 4 and 12 of the Limitation Act 1963. - In computing the period of limitation laid down in sub-section (1) of Section 8, and subsection (2) of Section 11 and sub-section (1) of Section 12, the provisions of Sections 4 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963, shall, so far as may be, apply.
