झारखÖड सरकार ͪवͬध (ͪवधान) ͪवभाग -------- अͬधसूचना 28 जून, 2024 संÉया-एल0जी0-10/2023-38--लेज0 झारखंड ͪवधान मंडल ɮवारा यथा पाǐरत और माननीय राÏयपाल ɮवारा Ǒदनांक-07/06/2024 को अनुमत झारखÖड लोक काय[ संͪवदा ͪववाद माÚयèथम् Ûयायाͬधकरण अͬधǓनयम, 2024 का Ǔनàनांͩकत अंĒेजी अनुवाद झारखंड राÏयपाल के Ĥाͬधकार से इसके ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया जाता है, िजसे भारत का संͪवधान के अनुÍछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उÈत अͬधǓनयम का अंĒेजी भाषा मɅ Ĥाͬधकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा । Jharkhand Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2024 (Jharkhand Act, 07, 2024) Preamble. – An Act to provide for the constitution of a Tribunal to arbitrate in disputes arising from works contracts to which the State Government or a public undertaking is a party and to provide for matters connected there with. Whereas, Government, Government companies and Local Authorities have to execute large number of development and other projects; and Whereas, execution of such projects is assigned to third parties under contract agreements; and Whereas, disputes arise between the parties at times; and Whereas, in the interest of speedy execution of such projects, it is imperative to provide for expeditious dispute resolution mechanism.
