Repeal and Saving :-

(i) The Jharkhand Mineral bearing lands (Covid-19 Pandemic) Cess Ordinance, 2020 is hereby repealed. (ii) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have done or taken under this Act, as if, this Act was in force when such Act was done or action was taken.
