Inspection of premises

The prescribed authority may enter and inspect any premises where an entertainment is held to verify the payment of tax. The entertainment tax shall be paid by the proprietor in such manner as may be prescribed. The Government may, by notification, add to or delete or amend or alter any rate(s) as specified in the Schedule.
