This legislation establishes the Jharkhand Compulsory Selection Commission to conduct recruitment and selection for General, Non-Gazetted, and other lower-level administrative posts across various government departments and autonomous bodies. It was enacted to manage the increasing number of examinees and ensure a standardized, efficient recruitment process separate from higher service commissions like the Public Service Commission. The Act empowers the new commission to either conduct examinations itself or delegate this power to the state government, thereby facilitating the timely filling of vacancies with qualified personnel to support the state's administrative machinery.

- 1. संशक्षप्त िाम, शवस्तार और प्रारंभ ।
- 2. पररभार्ाएाँ ।- इस अशधशियम में जब तक कोई बात शवर्य या संदभव के शवरूि ि हो -
- 3. आयोग का गठि।- झारखण्ड कमवचारी चयि आयोग का गठि शिम्नशलशखत को शमलाकर दकया जायेगा:-
- 4. आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों का कायवकाल ।-
- 5. सेवा/संवगव/पद, शजिकी शियुशि हेतु आयोग अिुिंसा करेगी ।- आयोग राज्य सरकार के अधीि सभी
- 6. अधीिस्थ पदाशधकाररयों एवं कमवचाररयों की सेवा िते ।- अधीिस्थ पदाशधकाररयों एवं कमवचाररयों की सेवा ित्ते वही
- 7. आयोग का मुख्यालय एवं प्रिासी शवभाग ।- आयोग का मुख्यालय रााँची में रहेगा। कार्मवक, प्रिासशिक सुधार तथा
- 8. चयि की प्रदिया ।- राज्य सरकार के पूवाविुमोदि से आयोग, शवशभन्न सेवाओं/पदों के शलये चयि की प्रदिया का
- 9. िशियों का प्रत्यायोजि ।
- 10. तृतीय वगव के पदों से संबंशधत लंशबत चयि कायों का अंतरण ।- धारा-5 में यथा उशललशखत ऐसे पदों, शजिके संबंध में
- 11. शवत्तीय प्रावधाि ।- आयोग के कायावलय और आयोग के कायव संपादि में होिे वाला संपूणव व्यय राज्य सरकार द्वारा
