Provision of water

Provision of water.-

1. (1) The Government water supply of wholesome water for public.
2. (2) For the purposes of such supply the Government may construct or maintain such water works as may erect, stand pipes or cause to be erected by the local authority and convenient stand pipes, wells or pumps for the local area.
