The following shall be the authorities of a Cluster University:—

  1. (1) the University Council ;
  2. (2) the Syndicate ;
  3. (3) the Academic Council ;
  4. (4) the Faculties ;
  5. (5) the Boards of Studies ;
  6. (6) the Boards of Research Studies ;
  7. (7) the Board of Inspection ; and
  8. (8) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Cluster University.
