Power of removal.

– Without prejudice to the provision contained in section 5, the Government may, by general or special order, direct the removal from the Indian side of the Cease-fire Line to the other side of the said Line of any person who has committed, or against who a reasonable suspicion exists that he has committed, an offence under this Ordinance, and the thereupon any officer of Government shall have all reasonable powers necessary to enforce such direction.] –––––––
