Statutory text
- (1) The High Court shall keep such registers, books and accounts as may be necessary for the transaction of the business of the Court.
- (2) The High Court shall comply with such requisitions as may be made by 1[the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] for certified copies of, or extracts from records of the Court and the Courts subordinate thereto.
