Disposal of land

Disposal of land. – Any occupant who fails to apply for vesting of any land in his favour or does not deposit the cost of such land as determined under the Act and the rules made thereunder shall be dispossessed of such land by the Tehsildar having jurisdiction in the area and the provisions of section 9 shall apply for such dispossession, mutatis mutandis.
