Statutory text
Definitions.-- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,--
- (a) "appointed day" means the date of commencement of this Act.
- (b) "Government" means the Government
- (c) "Industrial Undertaking" means M/S Plyboard Industries Limited, Pampore, Kashmir;
- (d) "Notification" means notification published in the Government Gazette;
- (e) "Prescribed" means prescribed.
