Short title, extent and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Plyboard Industries (Acquisition of Shares and of the Industrial Undertaking) Act, 1987.
- (2) It extends to whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 26th day of December, 1985.
