Qualifications for Councillors.

A person shall not be qualified to be chosen as a Councillor, unless :–– 1[x x x x] ;

1. (b) he has attained the age of 2[twenty-five years] ; and
2. (c) his name is registered as an elector in the electoral roll of any ward in the municipal area.
